RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

- At Mehrezz, all sales are final. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer need the equipment you purchased from us. In that case, we offer a reselling program for our customers who have changed their mind or don't have time to use their equipment.

- If you wish to take advantage of our reselling program, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the condition of your equipment and to set a reasonable resale price. Once we find a buyer for your equipment, we will then notify you of the offer we have for you in order to decide whether you want to move forward with the deal or not. Mehrezz.com will not deduct anything from your resale offer.

- Please note that we cannot guarantee the resale of your equipment, and we reserve the right to decline any equipment that is not in sellable condition.

- Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds for any equipment that has been used or damaged. We encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs before making a purchase and to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
