  • What kind of support do you offer after the sale?
    We offer comprehensive support including answering your questions 24/7 regarding where to get your products, where to sell, how to book events, how to put your pricings etc. Our goal is to ensure your truck remains in excellent condition and operates smoothly and feed you with all the information you need to keep your business rolling nonstop.
  • What should I do if I encounter an issue with my truck?
    If you encounter any issues with your truck, contact us immediately at +1(214) 810-4348. We will assist you in diagnosing the problem and arranging for repairs if necessary. We are here to help.
  • What is the deposit amount required to start building a custom ice cream truck?
    The deposit amount required is $5,000 or more. depending on how big the project is.
  • Is my deposit refundable?
    Your deposit will be 100% refundable if you have inquired about a ready to go (already built) truck and asked for a refund before the 10-day grace period. After that, your deposit is completely non-refundable. On the other hand, if you have put a deposit on a custom-built truck and changed your mind midway, your deposit becomes 100% non-refundable due to the nature of our business. We use your deposit money to build your truck, once we put a bolt in it, we cannot guarantee taking the equipment apart and return your deposit. Once you pay a deposit, we start on the building process and placing orders same day, this helps us keep our promise to you for finishing the project within 2-3 weeks.
  • Is the deposit refundable if I decide to cancel my order?
    The deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel before we begin any work on the truck. Once we start the build process, the deposit is non-refundable. Please note that we start the building process immediately after the payment has been done. This is to ensure keeping our promise to you to finish the truck in 2-3 weeks. Should you need time to decide, please let us know and we will get that noted in a written agreement.
  • What does putting a deposit down signify?
    Putting down a deposit signifies your commitment to moving forward with the purchase and build of the custom ice cream truck. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if the order is canceled after work has commenced.
  • Why is the deposit non-refundable after work has started?
    Once we begin the build process, the deposit covers the expenses incurred for the custom design and materials specific to your order, and labor. Therefore, it is non-refundable to compensate for these costs.
  • Can I get my deposit back if I change my mind after the design process has started?
    No, once the design and build process has started, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the expenses related to your custom design and materials. Should you need time before we start the process, please let us know before you place a deposit, and we will give you an agreed upon period of time to get back with us with a decision and we will either mover forward or refund you the deposit. If you fail to inform us within the written grace period agreed upon. we reserve all rights to withhold the deposit.
  • What should I consider before paying the deposit?
    We strongly recommend that you are fully ready and committed to purchasing a truck before paying the deposit. This ensures that you are prepared to move forward without any hesitation.
  • Do you offer financing options?
    No, we do not offer in-house financing. But you are more than welcome to bring your own bank/lender. We work with any lender/bank, and we do not discriminate.
  • How long does it take to build and deliver a custom ice cream truck?
    The timeline for building and delivering a custom ice cream truck varies depending on the complexity of the design and current demand. Typically, it takes between 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place a deposit.
  • Who is responsible for any damages or losses during transportation?
    Mehrezz.com is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the transportation process. The responsibility for the truck transfers to the buyer once it leaves our facility.
  • Are the trucks sold in "as is" condition?
    Yes, all of our trucks are sold "as is."
  • How is the truck delivered to my location?
    We will connect you with several affordable shipping companies to ship the truck from our premises in Irving, Texas to yours. You are more than welcome to find your own shipping broker. Please note that we are offering our broker as a courtesy, we do not take any cuts or shares out of transportation. so, we are not held responsible for anything shipping wise.
  • What happens once the truck is picked up, shipped, or transported?
    Once the truck is picked up, shipped, or transported, Mehrezz.com transfers all responsibilities and ownership of the truck to the buyer.
  • Can I see examples of trucks you have built for other clients?
    Yes, we have a gallery of previously built trucks that showcase our work. Visit our website or contact us to see examples and get inspiration for your own custom truck.
  • What is the 10-day grace period?
    We usually collect a deposit for our ready to go trucks to hold it for you until you make plans for transportation and/or inspection. We will grant you a 10-day grace period to hold the truck for you until you finalize the sale. This 10-day period may extend if we have discussed and agreed on the extension in written. Our primary focus is to be flexible with our clients.
  • Do you offer trucks for other types of mobile businesses?
    While our primary focus is on ice cream and dessert trucks, we can customize trucks for other mobile businesses. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
  • How do I get started with buying one of your ready to go trucks?
    To get started with one of our ready to go trucks found in our inventory page, simply place a deposit on the item that you wish to purchase using our fast/secure checkout system. Once we receive your payment, the truck is yours for at least 10 days. You can then call us to plan a personal onsite inspection or have a third party come inspect the vehicle for you. As a way of courtesy, we might make plans to drop it off at the nearest Ford dealership for you to get a used vehicle inspection and send you the results. Client usually pays for the inspection fees at no added cost from us.
  • How do I get started with ordering a custom ice cream truck?
    To get started with a custom build, simply contact us via phone or email. We will discuss your specific needs and preferences, and guide you through the design and build process.
  • What types of custom ice cream trucks do you offer?
    We offer a variety of custom ice cream trucks including traditional ice cream trucks, snow cone trucks, and soft serve ice cream trucks. Each truck is designed to meet your specific needs and preferences.
  • How do you accept payments?
    We offer the option to submit deposits online, limited to a maximum of $5,000. The remaining balance can be settled through cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, or PayPal. Please be aware that we reserve the right to withhold the title and/or the vehicle until the payment has been successfully processed. The buyer assumes responsibility for any associated transaction fees. In the event of a refund via wire transfer, we will cover the incurred wire transfer fees.
  • Do you only serve clients in Texas?
    No, we serve clients nationwide. While our headquarters are in Irving, Texas, we build and deliver custom ice cream trucks to businesses across the United States.
  • Will you dismantle the installed equipment if I cancel my order after the build has started?
    No. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business we do not guarantee to dismantle or take apart the supplies after they have been installed. The deposit is used to cover the costs of these materials and the design work. If you need sometime before we start the building process, please be sure to let us know. We will make plans to hold the process and issue a refund if you change your mind. Otherwise, we assume that you are ready to get the truck and we will get to work ASAP to keep our promise to you to finish the truck in 2-3 weeks. We encourage you to carefully evaluate your needs before making a purchase and to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
  • How can I ensure that I'm actually ready to proceed with the truck purchase?
    Make sure you have considered all aspects of starting your mobile ice cream business, including budget, business plan, and readiness to proceed. Only pay the deposit when you are fully committed to moving forward.
  • Can I customize the design of my ice cream truck?
    Yes, all our trucks are fully customizable. You can choose the layout, equipment, branding, and any additional features to ensure your truck meets your business needs.
  • What kind of equipment can be installed in the ice cream trucks?
    We can install a wide range of equipment including freezers, soft serve machines, snow cone makers, you name it. We will work with you to determine the best equipment based on your product offerings.
  • Do you offer branding and graphic design services for the trucks?
    No, we do not offer complete branding and graphic design services. However, we can help put on our stock eye-catching stickers that will attract customers. Please see the gallery to get a glance at our stickers. Although we do not offer branding and graphic design, we can refer you to some affordable graphic designers that can help you brand your new mobile truck.
  • Are your trucks compliant with local health department regulations?
    Yes, all our custom ice cream trucks are built to comply with local health department regulations. We ensure that your truck meets all necessary health and safety standards for your location. First, you reach out to your local health department or the health department of the city/county where you wish to launch your business, ask for the health requirements booklet, email it to us at info@mehrezz.com. We will then review it and give you a greenlight about our ability to build such way. In case we can't help you, well will sadly inform you.
  • Will you assist with the permitting process?
    While we do not have the authority to do so but we can provide guidance and information to help you navigate the requirements in your area.
