2. Use of Website
2.1 You may only use the website for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. Placing an Order

4.2 Orders will be accepted at the discretion of the Website. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
4.3 The website may change the prices advertised from time to time, and add or remove products from the website at its discretion. If a product you have ordered is no longer available or out of stock, we will attempt to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. You will then have the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative product.
4.4 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from the Website. By placing an order on the website, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
5. Deposits and Payments
5.1 A deposit of at least $5,000 is required to start building a custom mobile truck. This deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel before any work begins on the truck.
5.2 Once work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it is used to cover the costs of custom design and materials.
5.3 The buyer/purchaser putting money down indicates their commitment to proceed with the order. Mehrezz LLC reserves the right to retain 100% of the deposits paid.
5.4 We strongly recommend you not to pay a deposit if you're not completely ready to proceed with purchasing a truck.
6. Delivery of Trucks
6.1 Once we have accepted your order, we will arrange for delivery of the custom mobile truck to the address specified by you in your order.
6.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within the agreed-upon timeline. However, delays may occur due to stock availability and other factors. You will be advised of an estimated delivery date when you place your order.
6.3 Delivery will be made by a third-party delivery company to the address specified in your order. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver the truck on time but do not guarantee delivery within the estimated timescales.
6.4 We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
6.5 Once the truck is picked up, shipped, or transported, Mehrezz LLC transfers all responsibilities and ownership of the truck to the buyer. Mehrezz LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the transportation process.
7. Returns
7.1 All sales are final. Custom-built trucks cannot be returned.
7.2 If there is an issue with the truck upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss possible solutions.
8. Promotions and Discounts
8.1 The Website may from time to time offer promotions or discounts on the purchase of products ("Promotions"). These Promotions will be subject to their own terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of the Promotion.
8.2 In order to redeem a Promotion, you must enter the relevant promotional code when prompted to do so during the checkout process.
8.3 Promotions cannot be redeemed after an order has been placed.
